A slow, breath-led class that blends gentle flow with somatic practices to help you tune in, soften tension patterns, and move from the inside out. Expect smooth transitions, intentional pauses, and a steady return to calm. In the warmth, we move a little slower, breathe a little deeper, and give the body space to release without force.
