What do you offer?

ROOTSPACE Wellness offers massage therapy, skincare, sound massage, yoga, movement classes, private and semi-private sessions, workshops, and somatic gatherings.

Each offering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Do I need experience?

No. Come as you are.

Our sessions, classes, and gatherings are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and adaptable. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at anything to begin.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something comfortable.

For yoga, movement, sound massage, and somatic gatherings, choose clothes you can move and rest in. You are welcome to bring your own mat, though we may have props available depending on the offering.

What should I expect during my visit?

ROOTSPACE is designed to feel grounded, welcoming, and unhurried. Our practitioners listen first, and each session, class, or gathering is shaped with care so your experience feels practical, accessible, and deeply felt.

What is your cancellation policy?

For massage therapy, skincare, sound massage, private sessions, and semi-private sessions, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge for the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100%.

Classes require at least 12 hours’ notice, or the class credit may be forfeited.

What if I’m running late?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to honor the remaining time, but your session may still need to end at the original scheduled time.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful gift for massage, skincare, sound massage, and restorative care.
